Sunday afternoon batch cook up with a bit more prep to be done tomorrow, makes for easy throw together meals during the week. When you eat real food meals 3 times a day being prepared is key. Today we had roast chicken & a sautéed garlic & onion cabbage for breakfast, I had mine with an omelette (both boys have egg allergies), lunch was steamed carrot, broccoli & fish and dinner was lamb chops with sweet potato fries and the same sautéed cabbage as I found organic cabbages super cheap this week at the markets!! #prepareforsuccess #paleokids #paleo #feedingtwogrowingboys #aip #mealprep #batchcooking #secrettostayingontrack
