Mondays are swimming lessons day & now Master 8 has moved up a grade it means the boys swim at different times, adding another late day to our week, so I need to be super prepared in the weekend.
Tonight whilst the boys had their showers the "not soy honey chicken" I cooked yesterday was put in the oven along with parsnip fries to heat up & teamed it with some cucumber (we go through so many in summer ~ so very hydrating) & some kalamatta olives (watch out for nasty preservatives & black dyes when buying olives these are the Macro organic brand from Woolies as they are convenient to pickup). Not that I have the option of a drive thru with the boys allergies, but I can see how tempting it would be to just order from a window on those late sports nights as everyone is tired & probably hangry!
