Easy dinner tonight, a bit of left over mince/spag bol sauce whacked in individual ramikens, (i put in cold), steam sweet potatoes, mash with EVOO & salt, smooth over & pop in the oven for about 15 mins (te sauce starts to bubble) at 180 deg.
If you do dairy add some cheese on top.
